Rate & Booking Policies

• Vehicle rates are for one-way travel only.

• Walk-On Tickets are valid for 30 days from date of sale. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after date of expiration.

• Round Trip Walk-On tickets must be used for departure and return trip within 30 days of purchase. Tickets used for only one departure will not be refunded or exchanged.

• Children 12 & under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

• We accept payment by AMEX, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or Cash. No checks are accepted.

Cancellation Policies:

• You have up until 3 hours prior to your time of departure to call us for a full refund. If you call within the 3-hour window, there is a $25 cancellation fee (excluding reservations booked with Barnum Bucks). Once the boat departs, the ticket is no longer refundable.

• When calling for a cancellation for trips booked in the Call Center, please have the credit card available to process the refund.

• We issue refunds back to the card used to book the reservation and do not have a credit system for future trips.

• Reservations can be changed up to 1 hour prior to the reserved departure time, free of charge.
